A recognized 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization, we are classified as a public charity under sections 509(a)(1) and 1 70(b)(1 )(A)(vi) of the Internal Revenue Code. $45,000 represents our potential loss of revenue in 2011 due to cuts in State and County funding, declining interest rates, and cuts in sponsorship funding due to this difficult economy.
